Yes, a security deposit is required for car rental. The amount depends on the car type. For travel packages, a booking deposit is needed to confirm your dates and secure the vehicle.
You will only need:
i) A valid driving licenses
ii) Passport/IC
iii) Contact number & address
(For foreign drivers, an international driving permit is recommended.)
Yes, our packages can include a private driver or chauffeur. You may also choose self-drive if you prefer driving on your own.
Yes, you can request changes. However, it depends on route, distance, traffic, and overall timing. Our team will advise the most efficient arrangement to ensure a smooth and comfortable trip.
Fuel, toll, and parking are usually not included, unless stated in the package details. We can also customize the package with “all-in” options if needed.
